Delivery

Acorn Golf ships two kinds of order differently — ready-to-buy items dispatch from stock, and made-to-order items are delivered once they've been built to your course's specification.

Ready-to-buy items

Our standard delivery charge to UK mainland addresses (excluding the Scottish Highlands) is £16.50 for parcels up to 20kg, with additional weight charged per kilogram. Carriage rates are subject to change — email orders@acorngolf.com for a quote if you're not sure.

Additional charges may apply for deliveries to residential addresses, or where our courier applies volumetric weight (cubing). If this happens after your order has shipped, we'll invoice the difference separately rather than hold up delivery.

We can also deliver to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, BFPO addresses and the Republic of Ireland, but an additional carriage charge applies — contact us for a quote before ordering if you're in one of these areas.

Prefer to collect? Email orders@acorngolf.com to arrange collection instead.

All deliveries need to be signed for by someone aged 18 or over.

Made-to-order items

Lead times for made-to-order equipment typically run from 6 to 20 weeks, depending on the product and how it's specified. We'll confirm a realistic lead time at quote stage, before you commit to an order, and keep you posted if anything changes during production.

Delivery is arranged once your item is ready. Larger or bespoke pieces — course furniture, signage, ball washer consoles and similar — may travel by pallet or freight rather than parcel courier; we'll agree the delivery method and any site access requirements with you directly.

Risk and ownership

Risk in the goods passes to you on the date of delivery, or the date of first attempted delivery.
