BMS Aeration Corer Collector
The BMS Aeration Corer Collector (also known as the 5 Tine Corer Collector) is a manual hand tool for golf course aeration. It targets compacted turf on golf greens, tees, sports pitches and lawns, extracting soil cores with five hollow tines and collecting them in an attached box so there is no sweeping or raking afterwards.
Targeted hand aeration for compacted turf
Hollow-tine coring relieves compaction by removing a core of soil, and a hand corer lets greenkeepers aerate worn, compacted or high-traffic areas precisely, without bringing out a machine. The integrated collection box catches the cores as you work, which saves clearing up and keeps the surface tidy.
How to use it
- Place the tool on the turf.
- Apply firm, even downward pressure with your foot on the crossbar.
- The tines extract plugs, which are ejected into the collection box as you move to the next spot.
- When the box is full, unclip it to empty the cores.
